Warranty Registration

This is a summary only. The full Warranty Terms and Conditions and Care & Maintenance Guide apply.

• 10-year structural warranty covers only the main SHS/RHS frame and welded cross members against manufacturing defects that cause cracking or bending under normal use within the GVM. Attached parts are not included.
• Hire, rental or daily commercial use: structural warranty is limited to 12 months.
• Components (axles, bearings, couplings, winches, lights, tyres, jockey wheels, rollers) are covered only by their supplier's own warranty.
• Not covered: overloading, misuse, accidents, off-road/beach use, modifications or unapproved repairs, lack of maintenance, wear items, rust and corrosion of any kind (including salt water), cosmetic wear, water entry, and damage to boats, loads or vehicles.
• Conditions: bought new and paid in full; registered within 30 days; original purchaser only (not transferable); keep your invoice; serviced at least every 12 months with records kept; wheel nuts and U-bolts re-torqued within the first 100 km.
• Claims: notify us in writing within 30 days of a defect appearing; the trailer must be delivered to our workshop at 5/95 Ellice Road, Wairau Valley for inspection before any work, at your cost; no repairs without our prior written approval and an Order Number.
• Remedy: repair or replacement at TTS's sole discretion. Freight, transport and consequential losses are not covered. An inspection fee may apply if a claim isn't covered.
• Consumers: this warranty is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Business purchasers: the CGA does not apply (section 8).
