If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 15 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
If a product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not fit for the purpose it was sold for, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make it right. Your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act apply in addition to this policy.
Please note that custom-built trailers are made to your specifications and are non-refundable unless they are faulty or not built to the agreed specification. If you have any concerns about your custom build, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.
